Discount Terms

These terms cover every Swips discount code, whether it came from our email signup, a creator, an ambassador or a promotion. The amount, and any end date, comes with the code itself. The short version: one code per order, once per customer, and codes don't stack.

The terms

• One code per order. Codes can't be combined with each other or with another offer.
• Each code works once per customer.
• If you hold more than one Swips code, use the better one. You don't need to ask us which, just enter it at checkout.
• Codes work on every Swips product unless the offer says otherwise.
• Codes come off the product price only. They don't come off shipping or tax.
• Free shipping over $35 is worked out after the discount comes off. If a code takes your order under $35, standard shipping applies.
• If an offer has an end date, you'll find it wherever you got the code.
• We can cancel a code that was issued to one person and then shared publicly, or one that's used fraudulently.

Email hello@swipsband.com and a person replies, usually the same day. If a code isn't working and you think it should, tell us and we'll sort it out rather than argue about it.
